This song from film Parakh is based on Raga Khamaj. Another popular Raga for monsoon is Malhar.Music composer Salil Chowdhury has made this very beautiful composition. It is difficult to sing (and play on instrument). Lata Mangeshkar has made it look so easy, but it is not. That’s why she is the greatest.
